Dancin' Dons & Divas: Cleveland, Ohio; Formed in early 2007, the group's name of Dancin' Dons & Divas was official in December 2007. 3D's common demoninator is their love for Chicago-style steppin' and bringing the fun in the dance (aka the infamous switch song during Wednesday Night Out.....SWIIIIIIIITCH!!!) 3D has brought in some heavy-hittin' steppin' instructors to Cleveland like Chicago's Keith Hubbard, Rick Wetherspoon, WSI (Maurice & Swan), Darrel Davis, Tykmyn, Charnice Simmons, Monique Salter, Cheryl Powe and Deon Farr of Sistas in Sync, Detroit's Sherry Gordon, and Milwaukee's Mykel "Shorty Smooth" Farr and Dominique Robinson. They brought The Black Out and Fishnets & Fedoras to the steppers in Cleveland and surrounding areas. They were also the host of Wednesday Night Out. Dancin' Dons & Divas were also recognized being nominated for Chistepper.com's Peoples Choice Awards for Top Steppin' Entrepreneur and Top Steppin' Organization of 2008 (third place); Steppin' Promoter of the Year and Steppin' Organization/Club of 2009 & 2010.
